This company have been servicing my back boiler for decades and in fact they installed it when it was new 20 or so years ago, and now the time has come to upgrade to a combi boiler.
They were extremely professional and came round to quote for the work within the week and I was booked in to do the job two weeks later.
Everything was explained what was going to happen, the guy doing the install was very pleasant, friendly, and very tidy - cleaning everything up before leaving each day.
They were always happy to answer any questions I had and the electrician contacted me the day after it was all done to finish off by transferring my Hive controller to the new system and that was done the following morning so from start to finish it only took a week.

We have just had a new gas boiler installed by Farthings and received exceptionally good service from all the team. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to resolve any issues that arose.
